8035 ZTS

The JCB 8035 ZTS mid-sized mini excavator is a true zero tailswing machine offering everything that a conventional tailswing does, with a larger undercarriage than the 8025.

The 8035 ZTS weighs 8049lb (3651kg), and a powerful 1.7 liter Perkins 31.6hp (23.6kW) engine is mounted to a stable undercarriage that's carefully matched to the dig envelope for optimum performance and added safety. The undercarriage and dozer blade on this JCB mini digger are designed to ensure that debris doesn't build up underneath or in front of the machine to slow you down.

A two-speed tracking motor provides a top tracking speed of 2.6 mph (4.3kph) as well as excellent tractive effort and traction. The 8035 ZTS compact excavator also has single-acting auxiliary pipework as standard; additional tie down points make it easier to strap the machine onto trailers; and rubber tracks are offered as standard.

8029 CTS

The brand new JCB 8029 CTS mini excavator is our first-ever conventional tailswing machine in the current 2.5-3.5 ton class. With a transport weight of 2.7 tons, it's one of the largest excavators you can tow behind a 3.5 ton vehicle. It's similar in many ways to our 8025, but it's been uprated in key areas.

This JCB mini digger's power is provided by the new Perkins 400 series Tier IIIa, a transverse 25hp (18kW) motor that delivers 21581lbf (96kN) of torque at 1800rpm. A tailswing of 1ft 5in (470mm) more than the 8025 ZTS, combined with a very low center of gravity, provides a 19% greater lift capacity than the market leader.

At the 8029 CTS compact excavator's dig end, our box-fabricated boom and dipper is capable of 8ft 9in (2.74m) dig depth, 15ft 6in (4.77m) reach and 10ft 5in (3.22m) dump height. Excellent bucket rotation and class-leading tear-out forces mean great productivity. Versatility-wise, you can easily attach hammers, compactor plates and more.

A brand new undercarriage, meanwhile, uses 3 bottom rollers, 1 top roller, plus heavy duty track idler guides and grease tensioners.

JS220

The JCB JS220 sits in the middle of our range of heavy tracked excavators. Weighing in at around 22 tons, it's engineered with exceptional strength, productivity, efficiency, comfort, safety and ease of maintenance.

A closed box section revolving frame increases strength and reduces stress. It also makes these excavators highly resistant to impact damage. We've used strong parts too - premium industry standards in fact.

Meanwhile, this 22 ton excavator's engine is a highly efficient JCB EcoMAX T4 emission compliant model. It provides a fuel saving of up to 11% over our outgoing models. The benefits of the JS220 series of tracked excavators don't end there either.
