VMR 60
The JCB VMR 60 is a 60 kg vibratory rammer with a low-maintenance design for long working hours and higher productivity. Strong, sturdy and with a low centre of gravity, the VMR 60 is powered by a 4-stroke 2.5 kW Honda engine which helps generate a tamping force of 14 kN.

A four-column guide makes for stable functioning, high reliability and clinical results. Plus, the VMR 60 generates a horizontal force to make movement easier.

For durability, there's an oil bath to lubricate all moving and rotating parts, an engine protection bar and a special shock absorbing damping plate. There's operator protection in the form of a guide bar-mounted emergency switch, while a top-mounted air cleaner and transport device make sure the machine stays safe. Optional transport wheels complete the picture.

It can power up to a 13mm (1/2in) steel bit or a 27mm (11/6in) wood bit, and can be used with either open or closed-centre systems.
